I offer you a safe, confidential space to be you. Here we can explore what is troubling you, what’s working for you and what isn’t; who you are, and what you want out of life. Give yourself the time to simply sit down, breathe and talk freely.
My working hours are:
Monday 9.30am – 3.00pm
Tuesday 8.45am – 4.30pm
Wednesday 8.45am – 4.30pm
Thursday 9.00am – 8.30pm
The quality of the relationship between therapist and client is an important factor in determining the quality of therapeutic outcomes. With this in mind, I provide a free initial appointment, so that we can get to know each other (a little), before deciding whether to work together.
I suggest committing to an initial block of six sessions which will be weekly, and then we will review your progress together. You may find that these sessions are enough to address your concerns, or you may decide that longer term work would benefit you.
