Sometimes life can be hard. We can feel anxious, depressed, confused or alone. We may struggle to find happiness in ourselves, and our relationships with others. We may be trying to come to terms with loss or abuse. There may be things from the past that still trouble us, and it might not be easy to discuss our problems with friends or family.

It can be a relief to talk in confidence with someone who will truly listen and see things from our own point of view. Someone who can help us make sense of our feelings and work with us at our own pace towards finding solutions.

I will provide you with a safe, confidential and supportive space in which you are free to be yourself, without the worry of being judged or criticised. A space in which you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you, and explore ways in which you can begin to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

I believe that building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship with my client provides the catalyst for positive change. I am able to blend together different therapeutic approaches, enabling me to work creatively with you as an individual with your own unique needs. Challenge and support help your growth and development.

Short-term and long-term therapy can be provided depending on your requirements. Regular reviews will be built into our sessions to enable us to clarify your needs and work towards your therapeutic goals.
